This Exclusive Spa Carpentry Project, valued at £1.2 million, involves a significant workforce of 12 skilled men constructing a new exclusive Spa building. The scope includes the installation of 2,000 metres of rafters and 400 m² of plywood works. Additionally, the team will fit 100 doors throughout the Spa, along with detailed skirting and 200 m² of premium oak flooring. External windows and doors will be expertly installed, with numerous custom moulding details applied to enhance the building’s aesthetic. This project encompasses both the supply and installation of all required materials and components, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship throughout.
